Below are discussion questions to ask yourself as you are reading and to bring up to others in your organization/networks. 1) Reflect on the "Iceberg Model". What aspects in the Deep Culture section are part of your organizational culture and work environment? Are these aspects multicultural / inclusive of many cultures or homogenous? 2) Can your organization use any of the examples in the Cultural Precompetence and Competence sections to be more inclusive? 3) Can you come up with any other ways to make your work environment inclusive?
