The "10 Cs" is a two-part model that includes the 5 Cs of Awareness and the 5 Cs of Change. The 5 Cs of Awareness are: Color, Culture, Class, Character, and Context. The 5 Cs of Change are: Confidence, Courage, Commitment, Conflict, and Community.
