The EE Advisory Council is a twice-yearly assembly of the state's EE leaders. Share your vision... Voice your concerns... This gathering is your chance to be heard!
The Fall Advisory Council Meeting will offer the opportunity to chart a future environmental literacy plan – a plan that will ensure environmental education is integrated into our schools and community to ensure our children understand this wonderful world around us! This environmental literacy plan is a requirement of the No Child Left Inside Act, pending national legislation that will bring much support for environmental education. Join us as we discuss the foundations for this plan – including stakeholders, creating support, and essential elements - this is your chance to speak up for the future of EE in Colorado!
The Advisory Council will also elect new CAEE Board members at this meeting. CAEE is seeking individuals who are excited about the work that we are doing and want to help CAEE by serving on a personal level. Self-nominations are encouraged. Details...
