EE Teacher Liaison Network

by Ali Sweeney last modified 08-06-2009 15:08

This project calls for a cadre of individual teachers in each school to be ambassadors for environmental education (EE).  Teacher Liaisons are their schools' teacher-ambassador for EE, providing peer leadership and promoting increased or renewed demand for EE as a valid classroom tool to the other teachers in their school. This network will be CAEE's primary conduit of information and communication from the EE community to the thousands of Colorado's educators.

What is a Teacher Liaison?

The EE Liaison is the key contact person for environmental education at your school.

What are Team Leaders?

The base of the network will be Teacher Liaisons, however we are also seeking 350 dedicated, enthusiastic teachers to serve as Team Leaders. In addition to being Teacher Liaisons for their school, Team Leaders will act as a management force, responsible for contacting up to ten Teacher Liaisons in their district. Please contact CAEE by email or by calling 303-273-9527 to find out how to become a team leader.
