After having completed the first round of certifications one thing is for sure – a successful program has been developed!  Through a consensus approach, by the leaders in Colorado’s EE community. Certification for environmental educators is brand new! Colorado is one of only a handful of states that have developed a certification process. If you are interested in helping launch the second round of Certification of Environmental Educators Program this is the committee for you.  Help us to market the program, accept portfolios, continue to update rubrics, and certify educators!

The certification committee meets bi-monthly on weekdays during business hours.
