Join us to help plan and carry out the CAEE annual statewide professional development conference, Teaching OUTSIDE the Box by overseeing site selection, logistics, publicity, fundraising, sponsorship inquiries, and program planning.  We need active and energetic members to contribute in many ways -- from identifying and contacting speakers to handling conference registration.  This Committee also provides recommendations about other special conferences with which CAEE should become involved.

This committee meets monthly throughout the year with the exception of summers, when there are no meetings, and immediately before the conference, when there are additional meetings.  Meetings are held weekday afternoons, generally, at the CAEE office in Golden.  Committee members can also participate by phone.
